The Michigan State Spartans hosted the Michigan Wolverines at Spartan Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 21.

Unfortunately for Michigan State fans, there was not a lot to cheer for during the game. UM dominated MSU by a final score of 49-0, and the Wolverines outgained the Spartans in total yardage by a tally of 477 to 182. Michigan also had 28 first downs compared to just 10 for MSU.

Michigan Improved to 8-0 (5-0 in conference play) and Michigan State feel to 2-5 (0-4 in the Big Ten).

While the game did not go how the Spartans were hoping, Spartans Illustrated photographer Marvin Hall was there to capture the action through his camera lens.
