The 2023 McDonald's All-American Game rosters were unveiled on Tuesday and two Michigan State men's basketball signees were included.
Five-star power forward Xavier Booker will compete for the East team and Four-star point guard Jeremy Fears Jr. will play for the West squad as the future Spartans are set to play against each other on March 28 in Houston.
Michigan State is the only Big Ten team to feature any commits/signees in the McDonald's All-American Game and is one of just four teams to have multiple players in the game (Kentucky has four, Duke has three and Oregon has two).
This is also the first time since 2016 that MSU has two players in the McDonald's All-American Game (Miles Bridges and Joshua Langford). Max Christie was the most recent Spartan to receive the honor in 2021.
Booker is ranked as the No. 9 overall player in the 2023 class and as the No. 1 power forward in the country. Fears is listed as the No. 26 player nationally, and the No. 8 point guard.
Fears and Booker are joined in Michigan State's 2023 signing class by four-star shooting guard Gehrig Normand and four-star power forward Coen Carr.
The McDonald's All-American Game also features No. 1 overall 2023 prospect Isaiah Collier, No. 3 overall player DJ Wagner, No. 6 overall player Mackenzie Mgbako, No. 43 overall player Bronny James and many more.
