Michigan State Recruiting Notes: 2024 WR sets OV, Jadyn Walker update, more
After a successful recruiting weekend last weekend that resulted in the commitments of 2024 kicker Martin Connington and Holy Cross transfer offensive lineman Luke Newman, the Michigan State coaching staff will turn their attention to this upcoming weekend as they're expected to host a strong contingent of recruits on campus.
Below, Spartans Illustrated goes over a few of the recent names added to that list as well as a few notes on a trio of targets for the Spartans.
2024 three-star Texas wide receiver sets official visit
Spartans Illustrated has confirmed that three-star wide receiver Jaylan Brown will be visiting Michigan State this coming weekend (Jan. 26-28).
The 6-foot-3, 185-pound Brown is out of Nacogdoches High School in Texas and is a late-riser in his recruitment. He recorded 55 receptions for 910 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior in 2023, on his way to first-team all-district honors.
