Video: Comp goes 1-on-1 with Kalin Lucas

AKRON � For the second straight year, Michigan State point guard Kalin Lucas is one of the college basketball players serving as a counselor at the Lebron James Skills Academy.
Last summer, when Lucas was invited to attend the Lebron James Skills Academy he was considered a young point guard with a lot of upside. This summer, Lucas is the reigning Big Ten Player of the Year and one of the more high profile college players at the event.

On Monday night, Lucas and his camp teammates played a number of pick-up basketball games. Among the more intriguing match-ups for Lucas was a showdown between the Spartan captain and Oklahoma star Willie Warren.
Lucas also squared off against old friends and in-state rivals Manny Harris and DeShawn Sims. Lucas and his teammates lost by a point to Sims and his teammates. Lucas' team knocked off Harris and his camp teammates in the final game of the evening.
