Spartans Getting Another Top Player

Spartan Magazine just spoke with top Ohio RB/LB Maurice Smith and he informed us that he called Michigan State up and has committed to the Spartans.

Smith has seen his stock soar the past few weeks. The 6'1 225 pound RB/LB took a visit to Ohio State this past weekend. He was at West Virginia the week before and was in East Lansing the weekend of the 17th.
Smith is a 3 star recruit and is ranked the #70 LB in the nation by Rivals.com. Smith will have a shot to make an impact early at MSU.
