INDIANAPOLIS - It was seven in the morning, a good 45 minutes before he had to wake up, when Mike Garland knocked on the door.

Adreian Payne wasn't ready to get up. He ignored it and rolled over. That's when Garland (known better to the players as O.G.) walked into the room, headed straight to the window and pulled the shades wide open. The sun poured in and shined bright. There was no going back to sleep now.
