Badgers offer big DT

Because of the recent blows to the Cornhuskers, uncertainty has crept into the program and left several recruits questioning their verbal pledge to Bill Callahan and his staff.

Wichita (Kan.) North three-star defensive tackle Darius Parish is one of those recruits. After verbally committing to the Huskers back in August, Parish's recruitment has taken a turn he never expected.

And now the 6-foot-3, 325-pounder believes it might be time to look elsewhere.

While Parish has had offers from Colorado State and Kansas for months now, the Wisconsin offer is brand new, like as of Wednesday brand new. However, the ball has been rolling on this development since Huskerland turned to turmoil.
