Bruins lead for younger Umodu

Tobi Umodu is a promising young freshman for the Bruins and the bloodline does not end there. Younger brother, Kebin Umodu (6-2, 245, 5.5), from West Covina (Calif.) South Hills is an up-and-coming defensive tackle prospect getting a lot of looks. He has two written offers on the table at this point. The Bruins hold a slight lead for his services.

As a junior, Umodu recorded 87 tackles, two sacks, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery. He was named first team all-league and CIF. "I am quick off the ball and I have good hands," Umodu boasts.

He is being recruited as a defensive end and tackle, but chances are he will play with his hand down in college. "I can play either one in college, but if I had a choice I would prefer to play at end."
