After NC State visit; WVU leads for Palmer

After three unofficial visits, West Virginia leads for the services of mammoth defensive tackle Christopher Palmer.

The Philadelphia St. John Neumann product's father said so Saturday.

N.C. State was the third unofficial stop after the 6-foot-3, 300-pounder visited WVU and Maryland. A fourth offer likely will be coming from Connecticut, which will be another stop on the Palmer family express.
