Big Georgia DT gives CU visit high marks

The Tigers are making a pointed-effort of reasserting themselves in the Peach State. Some of Clemson's top teams ever had a plentiful supply of Georgia talent, and several of the state's best juniors are littered all over the Clemson radar early this recruiting season.


One of the biggest - literally - recruits to pop up was Randy Salmon, a 6-foot-3, 285-pound defensive tackle out of Stockbridge (GA) who was among the numerous visitors Saturday for the Tigers' Junior Day.
