Maryland offers Braun; WVU remains his leader

Maryland offered 2008 defensive line prospect Jeff Braun on Sunday, but the 6-foot-5, 300-pound West Virginia commitment still says the Mountaineers are the leader for his services. He added Wednesday night that he would make a final decision about his college choice in December following his senior season at Westminster (Md.) Winters Mill High.

Braun is one of three 2008 commitments for the Mountaineer program, along with Parkersburg offensive tackle Josh Jenkins and wide receiver Tarus McKinley from Glades Central, Fla.
