Teammates commit to A&M for 2008, 2009

After picking up seven very early commitments from the class of 2008 this past weekend, it seemed as if the Texas A&M coaching staff would take a rest for awhile. But, that's not the case.

The Aggies picked up two more commitments today from a pair of Houston-area teammates. Class of 2008 defensive tackle Roderick Davis from Aldine Eisenhower became the eighth member of the class. His teammate, free safety Craig Loston also committed to the Aggies. Loston becomes the first member of the 2009 recruiting class.

"(Roderick) just called Coach Franchione and committed about ten minutes ago," said Eisenhower head coach Daryll Phipps. "Craig committed then as well."
