Jenks' success is Gillespie's first offer

They say that winning begets winning, nowhere is this idea more prevalent than in Jenks, Okla. where winning state titles isn't just expected, it's a way of life. The Trojans prepare for another state title match-up on Saturday night at 7:30 inside the familiar confines of Skelly Stadium against the Enid Plainsmen.

The Plainsmen are led by their pair of future Sooners, offensive lineman Kody Cooke and quarterback/free safety Austin Box. While Jenks' star junior Tony Gillespie will be butting heads with Cooke he is looking forward to getting a good long look at the state's top player for 2007.

In fact he hopes that the game will help propel him into the same spot in the class of 2008.
