State boasts some serious talent

Of course the 2007 class isn't yet in the books, and though there are many more plot twists and turnarounds that are yet to be told one can't help but looking a little past this year's group of seniors to a group of juniors that will push to be considered one of the great classes in state history.

And this isn't just recruiting hype, one of the state's most prominent high school head coaches had a look over SoonerScoop.com's early list of juniors and couldn't help but share the sentiment.

"This list is pretty much made of kids that opposing coaches have been gameplanning against since they were sophomores. Every year there are a few guys you've got to look out for but you're talking about at least five or six guys who could be high national recruits," the coach explained. "I mean you look at guys like Tony Gillespie and Jameel Owens they've been dominant since before they could drive their own cars.
