EAST LANSING - Michigan State coach Tom Izzo tied mentor Jud Heathcote for the most wins as a Spartan coach. Michigan State's 90-60 win over Valpraiso gave Izzo his 340th win on the same night Heathcote was inducted into the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame.
