EAST LANSING - Today's news that Michigan State running backs Andre Anderson and Caulton Ray have "been removed from the active roster" leaves the Spartans with four experienced running backs heading into Saturday's game at Minnesota, but diminishes depth at what had earlier been considered the deepest area of the team.
