Pead has monster start to season
Every year in Ohio it seems that one running back steps up and has a monster year stats wise. In the past it has been players like Tyrell Sutton, Erik Haw, and Chris Wells. This year's version might be Isaiah Pead. The super athlete from Eastmoor Academy is having a monster start to his year and college coaches are taking notice.
In Eastmoor Academy's third game they did not put forth their best effort. They only won 26-21, and according to Pead he struggled in the game with some cramps.
Currently Pead is on pace to gain over 2,000 yards for the season. With numbers like that, college coaches are really taking notice. West Virginia, Marshall, Maryland and Indiana have all been in contact.
One school that has continued to stay in contact is Ohio State.
