Dream come true for DiLillo
A missed opportunity for one person can be a found opportunity for another player. With players like Kevin Koger and Blake Ayles on the board and Jake Stoneburner already in the fold, the odds seemed long for Madison (Ohio) tight end Nic DiLillo to ever suit up at the 'Shoe.
The 6-foot-5, 219-pounder's route to Columbus was a long and strange one with earlier commitments to Clemson and then to Pittsburgh before an Ohio State offer came along.
