Dan McCarthy hoped that taking several spring visits would help him narrow his list of potential schools. Unfortunately, that didn't happen and the 6-foot-2, 190-pound safety from Youngstown, Ohio is just as confused as ever.

This week the four-star prospect has two more visits on the schedule. He made a trip to Michigan earlier in the week and will camp at Ohio State on Friday.

"I just got back from Michigan," McCarthy said. "I was up there for the day; it was good. I got to talk to the coaches. They said that they really want me there and that I would be a great fit."

McCarthy also spent some one-on-one time with head coach Lloyd Carr.
