For months now, Thomasville (GA) defensive lineman Brandon Thompson has had Clemson as his No. 1 school. The Tigers are still on top, but it looks like Florida State is picking up ground.



"Clemson is No. 1 because they were the first team to show me love, that's the reason I'm high on Clemson," said Thompson. "FSU is right behind. They are doing the right things."




The 6-foot-2, 285-pound lineman paid a visit to Florida State last week and spent some time with FSU Defensive line coach Odell Haggins.
