Mealer making a trip back to Michigan

TheWolverine.com Wauseon (Ohio) offensive tackle Elliott Mealer last visited Michigan for one of the Wolverines' first spring practices of the season. At that time, the 6-6, 285-pound Mealer had a handful of offers, but not one from Michigan. The standout Ohioan will revisit Michigan this week, but this time the situation with his Michigan offer is different.
Michigan offensive coordinator Mike DeBord spent a majority of time with Mealer on his first spring visit to Ann Arbor. The two have kept in close contact since.
