Youngstown (Ohio) Cardinal Mooney linebacker Mike Zordich has joined his teammate, safety and quarterback Dan McCarthy, in both having a scholarship offer from the Buckeyes.

The 6-foot-1 and 220-pound Zordich played both inside linebacker and fullback as Cardinal Mooney went 14-0 including a state championship in 2006.

The Buckeyes are recruiting Zordich as a middle linebacker. They have plenty of competition for his services. He has offers from Oklahoma, LSU and Syracuse.
