Sooners version of one-day camp
While many schools offer one-day camps it seems that Oklahoma has decided to make a tradition of its second-day of camp being an unofficial one-day camp. In that vein the Sooners played host to some of Oklahoma's most talented juniors and seniors along with a few other prospects mixed in from across the Southwest.
Though just entering his junior year, the player with the biggest reputation at Oklahoma's Wednesday camp was undoubtedly Muskogee wide receiver Jameel Owens. The big receiver figures to be among the nation's elite players in 2008, not only at his position but overall.
Owens, who recently measured in at just under 6-foot-3 and solid 207-pounds, did nothing to hurt his already lofty reputation on Wednesday.
